What This Privacy Policy Covers

This policy covers how Scared, Inc and Foundation Theater Group (herein referred to as “Statesville”) treat personal information that Statesville collects and receives. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Statesville does not own or control, or to people that Statesville does not employ or manage.

Statesville collects personal information when you make a ticket purchase and when you visit Statesville pages or the pages of certain Statesville partners.
